With nearly 40 years of manufacturing experience we have found that a lot of enquiries and questions coming into our Customer Services team can be answered in written text that already exists. This is by no means a comprehensive list of such questions but sometimes it's easier to look here first, especially if with a customer or a phone call is inconvenient.

GLOSSARYDo you ONLY manufacture PVCu?
Answer: No. Whiteline’s Eastbourne factory manufactures both PVCu and aluminium products.
Do your PVCu windows contain lead?
Answer: No. Our windows are made with PVCu extruded by leading extruders Liniar who are based in the UK. and they are 100% lead free.
Do you offer credit terms?
Answer: Yes. We offer credit terms to our customers, subject to the normal credit and business checks.
How long have you been trading?
Answer: Whiteline Manufacturing Limited has been trading continuously since 1984.
Do you have “Secured by Design”?
Answer: Yes. Whiteline Manufacturing Ltd has obtained “Secured by Design” Certification for numerous products
What profile do you use?
Answer: We use Liniar profile from HL Plastics. This product is both designed and manufactured in Britain. We manufacture both Sheerline and AluK aluminium products.
Do you install windows and doors?
Answer: No. We are a manufacturer.
What doors do you manufacture?
Answer: Alongside our standard residential, patio and bi-fold doors we sell our Sanctuary GRP composite doors and our bonded sold-timber core Fortrezz doors.
Do you make environmentally friendly windows?
Answer: Yes. PVCu & aluminium are both 100% recyclable materials & create energy efficient windows that exceed all current regulations.
What is PlatinumNRG?
Answer: Our brand of market leading windows and doors, developed and promoted to help our installer customers to grow their businesses.
Do you deliver?
Answer: Yes. We have our own fleet of lorries and vans that deliver on a preset day of the week and time with GPS tracking and cameras. Multiple deliveries are also provided for larger companies.
Can I track my orders?
Answer: Yes. We provide a comprehensive set of tools under the Whiteline 360 service. These include the Hub for tracking deliveries, orders, quotes and a lot more, our online brochure and website builder, quotes and ordering online using Window Designer on the Cloud, Conservatory builder, solution centre and a full suite of e-brochures.

Answer: Our lead time matrix can be found on the order forms page. Please note that lead times are subject to change, so it is advisable to check with Customer Services.
